i have very sensitive teeth so i cant use whitening strips. i’ve tried every kind. my teeth arent really yellow. but they could use some whitening up. will baking soda significantly help whiten my teeth? what about sensitivity, will using baking soda help with that also? i bought $20 toothpaste from my dentist, but it doesnt help. advice?

baking soda will whiten your teeth, but dont use it on its own, put about half the amount of your usual toothpaste on a dry brush then dip that into some baking soda, but dont use any water until you,ve built up a foam with your own saliva, clean as much of your teeth as possible before running your brush under the tap, then just carry on as normal with your mouth hygiene lol. good luck.
Yes it will.
I have sensitive teeth from braces and my gums used to be red now since I’ve been using baking soda my gums are healthy and pink. It is going to make your teeth whiter and your breath smell better too.
Here is how to make it correctly.
(1) Take a shot glass and pour some water into it.
(2) Take some baking and mix it in with the water until it becomes thick.
(3) Brush your teeth with it and push it up into your gums.
After a couple of weeks you will notice a difference. Oh. It kinda tastes nasty at first but you will get used to it.
Good Luck.
