Here are many ways that you can whitening your teeth!
    For home remedies.
Mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form toothpaste. Brush the teeth regularly with this paste. It will remove all stains in a month.
Use bicarbonate of soda 5 minutes before brushing the teeth with normal toothpaste in the morning. This is a good home remedy for teeth whitening.
Rubbing the bark of walnut tree on the teeth helps in removing all stains from the teeth.
Strawberries are considered natural teeth whiteners. Rubbing the teeth with strawberries daily will remove all the stains.
If you would like a suggestion on tooth whitening gel, here’s something for you!
Crest Night Effects Whitening Gel (about $18.00) allows you to remove stains while you sleep. The tooth whitening system has a fresh, wintergreen flavor. After fourteen days of sleeping with this product on your teeth, you will wake up to a vibrant smile. You should see results in two days, although there are reports of tooth whitening results in one night

Make a paste of water & baking soda, then brush daily. You can use mouthwash afterwards to get rid of the baking soda taste. :)

It’s not fun but the most effective way including using chemicals is to brush AND floss after as many meals as possible with the added “funness” of not drinking ant soda or teas since they stain your teeth.–Sorry, but even if you use whitening strips etc. you shouldn’t drink these things!

Crest Whiting Strips and then follow up with Aqua Fresh Whiting toothpaste. I did this and still use the tootpaste and still have white teeth. I drink a lot of coffee so the toothpaste is a nice “upkeep”

As far as I know, those whitening strips you can buy from stores work. They’re aorund 14 bucks, cheapest. You can try baking soda but I hear those can be pretty damaging if you use it for an extended period of time

  9. Chrys says:

Crest White Strips (found in all stores.)

  10. Thenu says:

baking soda either brush your teeth with that after the toothpaste or do them both at once

brush & floss, see your dentist, and learn to accept that no one’s teeth are bright white. try using redder lipstick and gloss.
