		<description>It&#039;s caused from plaque from not brushing/flossing your teeth well. Or If it feels rough it could be calculus, or it may be some type of decalcifcation. I&#039;ve seen it a lot in people who used to have braces. You can normally get a nice polish and get rid of it.</description>
