Crest Whitening Strips and whitening toothpastes with ADA (American Dental Association) seal of approval. Without the approval, the toothpastes don’t 100% whiten the teeth.
Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too.
The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.
As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don’t seem to do anything at all.
What worked the best for me was this mail order stuff from teethwhiten.com, it worked really quickly. They had a free sample offer so you can try it out and see how it works for yourself.

They’re also on ebay, but i’ve seen a number of out of dates ones being sold so be careful.
STOP smoking, drinking coffee, and drinking dark soda drinks. Start brushing your teeth once a day with baking soda on the brush.
First off, brush your teeth twice a day. Second, make sure you floss regularly too. Third, try the whitening strips because they are fairly effective.
Try rubbing a strawberry on the surface of your teeth. I don’t recommend using teeth whitening products or bleaches.
Hydrogen Peroxide will bleach your teeth.
Try buying Pearl Drops.It’s kinda like a tootthpaste,but with more cleaning power.
