    I wouldn’t use them at all to be honest with you. These products are new and may cause cancer (we just don’t know since they haven’t been in the market for too long). Just brush them 3 times a day and get them whitened at the dentist once you’re in your mid twenties. Cheers! :)

    Hi Emmy Lee,
    Most dentists recommend that children do not have their teeth whitened. The truth is that teeth whitening is usually an ongoing process once started, in order to keep your teeth white.
    There are a number of things you can do to keep your teeth white after treatment. I’ve listed a website below that answers that question.
    Teeth whitening is actually quite safe. The products used now only treat the stain in the teeth enamel. Earlier products actually had an abrasive effect which ate into the enamel.

    he said around 18.

    Usually around 14 or 15 is a good age for you to start at home teeth whitening. But dont over do it.
