This is very common for people who have just gotten their braces off. Even though you brushed your teeth while your braces were on, its very hard to clean it perfectly. Those white spots are plaque/tartar build up. The best and only way to really get rid of them is going to your hygienist and getting a cleaning. They will use a scaler to take it off.
Yes you can brush your teeth and take a bit off, but it will be a while until it all comes off.

Those white marks are not stain. It is what happens to enamel when acid from plaque build up around the brackets that were bonded to your teeth. These white marks are called white spot lesions or decalcification. The only way to get rid of them or reduce their visibility is to either to remineralize them by asking your dentist to sell you a product called MI paste or to have a procedure done in the dental office called enamel microabrasion. If the marks look very chalky then you will want to have the microabrasion procedure done. If they appear somewhat glossy like your natural enamel then the MI paste may help. MI paste is like toothpaste but you apply it to your teeth with your finger or you can have your dentist make custom fitted trays to place it in and wear. For more detailed info about MI paste (that’s m, i, not m, one) or enamel microabrasion try to google those subjects and see if you can come up with the best solution to your problem.

Think you should go to a dentist to have your teeth bleached, its fast and you can see result instantly.
