The speed of bleaching depends on how much your teeth are stained to begin with.
Also, it is possible that you salivate a lot. That might dilute the active ingredients of the bleaching agent.
Therefore, seems like it will take longer for you to achieve the desired result.
Lastly, it depends on how much bleaching you want to do.
If you want to lighten your teeth by a few shades then it will obviously take longer.
I would give it at least a few weeks to work.
