The cheapest and most effective thing is as follows.
Moisten your tooth brush with hydrogen peroxide and then sprinkle baking soda on it so it makes a paste. Brush for 2-3 minutes using considerable pressure.
Rinse.
Repeat every other day for 2 weeks. Your teeth will be white.
Then do this once a week to keep them white.
